ILLIT is facing another setback just days before its October 26 comeback, with Iroha suffering an ankle injury while fellow member Moka remains on hiatus.

On October 18, BELIFT LAB announced that Iroha had sprained her ankle during rehearsals for the group's encore concert at Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea. She received medical treatment following the injury, but her participation in the concert was subject to change depending on her condition.

According to the agency, Iroha was determined to take part in all scheduled performances. However, BELIFT LAB said it would prioritize her health and limit her participation if she experienced discomfort onstage.

The injury comes as ILLIT continues to promote without Moka, who has been on hiatus since June 19 due to anxiety and heightened tension.

Moka was spotted in the audience during the group's October 17 concert, waving to fans and cheering on her fellow members. Although her appearance was a welcome sight for fans, she has yet to resume official activities. She is also expected to miss upcoming events, including fan-signing sessions in November.

ILLIT has been performing as a four-member group consisting of Yunah, Minju, Wonhee and Iroha during Moka's absence. With Iroha now injured, the group faces further uncertainty over its lineup ahead of its next release.

ILLIT is scheduled to return on October 26 with its fifth mini-album, "BREAK EVEN." BELIFT LAB has not announced any changes to the comeback schedule or confirmed whether Iroha's injury will affect promotional activities.

With less than two weeks until the release, fans are now waiting for updates on Iroha's recovery and Moka's eventual return.
