TXT Rides Into the Wind for Ninth EP 'PERFECT STORM'
K-POP boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER has started its comeback with the first concept photos for its new album. The group posted the "RIDE THE STORM" version of the photos for its ninth EP, "PERFECT STORM," on its official social media accounts at midnight KST on the 26th.
TXT is made up of Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai. The new photos follow the group's earlier "STORM IS COMING" trailer. Once again, a storm is the main visual theme.
The trailer showed the members watching the weather change from a distance. This time, they head straight into the wind. In the released shots, the five members wear flight suits and face strong gusts while pulling gliders or hanging onto them.
More photos are on the way. The group plans to release the "EYE OF THE STORM" version on the 28th, followed by the "HOLDING THE STORM" version on the 30th.
"PERFECT STORM" will be released on music streaming sites on the 16th of next month at 6 p.m. KST.
The album is about young adults who move past the restless years of their teens and start to feel the limits of real life. It looks at their pain and their wish for change.
The title track, "Angel Bite," tells the story of someone trying to hold on to their feelings for another person, even when life feels unstable.
So far, the teasers have moved from watching a storm to stepping right into it. That shift mirrors the album's theme of young people facing hard realities head-on.
