TXT Announces 'PERFECT STORM : THE MOVIE' With 'Crime Scene' Writer

TOMORROW X TOGETHER is expanding the story of its upcoming ninth mini album, "PERFECT STORM," into a mystery role-playing film developed with a writer from the Korean entertainment series "Crime Scene."

Titled "PERFECT STORM : THE MOVIE," the project follows five young people struggling with the realities of everyday life before an unexpected incident places them in danger.

Each TXT member (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai) portrays a character with a different background and personal story.

As their ordinary lives are disrupted, the characters find themselves confronting a threat described as a massive storm, reflecting the themes of uncertainty and growing pains explored in the group's new album.

Jeon Hyo-jin, a writer who has worked on the Korean mystery entertainment series "Crime Scene," participated in developing the film's script.

The project marks another collaboration between TXT and Jeon, who previously worked on "HELLO STRANGERS," a narrative-driven video project inspired by the group's fourth studio album, "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER," in July 2025.

That project explored the album's theme of togetherness through character-driven storytelling.

For "PERFECT STORM : THE MOVIE," TXT is taking a similar approach by extending the album's central message into a mystery format.

Fans will have the opportunity to watch the film before its online release at a special screening at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul on November 21. Further details about the screening will be available through Weverse.

The film will subsequently be released in installments on TXT's official YouTube channel on November 25 and 27.

Meanwhile, TXT will release "PERFECT STORM" on November 16 at 6 p.m. KST.

The six-track album explores the emotional challenges facing young people as they move beyond adolescence and confront the pressures of adulthood.

Ahead of the comeback, the group will unveil its final concept photo set, "HOLDING THE STORM," on October 30, followed by a video titled "PERFECT STORM IN MOTION" on October 31.

An album preview is scheduled for November 5, with the music video teaser for title track "Angel Bite" arriving on November 13.
