ATEEZ's Full-Group "Knowing Bros" Appearance Falls Through as Two Members Miss Taping

Two members of K-POP boy group ATEEZ have missed a variety show recording due to health issues. Hongjoong and Wooyoung were unable to participate in the recording of JTBC's "Knowing Bros."

The group's agency, KQ Entertainment, announced the news on Oct. 29 in a statement regarding the members' scheduled appearance.

"Hongjoong and Wooyoung were scheduled to appear on 'Knowing Bros,' but they were unable to join the recording due to health reasons," the agency said. "We prioritized the artists' recovery and made arrangements for them to get sufficient rest and recuperation."

All eight members of ATEEZ were originally scheduled to appear on the show. As the group enters its ninth year since debut, the members had planned to share behind-the-scenes stories from their careers and perform special stages, including their recently released song "Drip."

However, with Hongjoong and Wooyoung unable to participate, the episode will feature the remaining six members.

The appearance comes as ATEEZ prepares for its next release. The group will release its 15th EP, "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6," on Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. KST.

Its previous EP, "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5," was released in June and earned ATEEZ its third No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Billboard's main albums chart in the United States.

In South Korea, the title track "BAD" climbed into the upper ranks of domestic music charts. The song also won first place on music shows after the group's official promotions had ended.

The ATEEZ episode of "Knowing Bros" is scheduled to air in November.
