BTS's Jin is turning the experience he built on his solo world tour into a fresh wave of global attention now that the full group is back on stage together.

According to the global analysis from K-POPIT BOARD, a K-POP analytics index, Jin ranked No. 1 on the Global Power Index (PWR_GL) with a score of 59.0 on May 29. The index combines music chart performance, social media activity, and news coverage around the world.

Jin drew the spike with his performance at BTS WORLD TOUR "ARIRANG" on May 27 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Fan-shot videos of his stage spread quickly across YouTube and TikTok. His "D Layer" score, which tracks attention from general audiences outside the core fandom, jumped 1,465 percent in a single day.

Reaction online focused on the steadiness of his live vocals, along with his expressions, hair, makeup, and styling. Clips of the performance were shared widely on X under phrases like "JIN LIGHTS UP VEGAS" and "WELCOME TO JIN CITY," both of which trended in real time in South Korea, the United States, and several other countries.

That live form was sharpened by his solo run last year. From June through November, Jin staged 'RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,' a fan concert tour that ran 20 shows across nine cities. The tour reached No. 9 on Billboard's monthly Top Tours chart and set new highs for revenue and total attendance among Asian solo artists.

BTS, meanwhile, opened its current world tour in Goyang, South Korea, in March. "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'" is scheduled to play 85 shows across 34 cities in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.

The group is also holding its ground on the charts. On Billboard's latest rankings (dated May 30 and released on May 27), 'SWIM,' the title track from BTS's fifth studio album "ARIRANG," held the top spot on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart for a third straight week. BTS had already passed Taylor Swift for the most No. 1s on that chart this year, and the latest week pushed their 2026 total to seven, a new high they set against themselves.

What stands out is how cleanly the timing has lined up. A solo tour that ended in November is now feeding directly into the group's biggest stadium run yet, and the spike out of Las Vegas suggests BTS's reach beyond its own fandom is widening again.
