K-Pop Singer Seo In-young Announces Engagement to Content Company CEO

Singer Seo In-young is getting married again.

On Nov. 7, Seo In-young's representatives confirmed she is dating Choi Ji-hoon, CEO of the content creative company NP, and that the two plan to marry in the second half of this year. Choi, born in 1978, is six years older than Seo. The couple was introduced by a mutual acquaintance and has been in a serious relationship, according to her side.

Seo had already hinted at the romance through her YouTube channel. Last month, she said, "I've dated three men since my divorce," and added, "There's someone I'm seeing now, and someone I have a thing with." She also said she has never taken a break from dating since elementary school and is "always in a relationship."

Describing how she met her current partner, Seo said, "I suddenly asked, 'Can you come over here?' and he walked in smiling, not avoiding eye contact. That was really attractive. That's my boyfriend now."

Seo married a non-celebrity businessman in February 2023, but the two divorced by mutual agreement in November 2024.
