Kang Mi-na Meets a Bold Younger Man in First Look at tvN's 'See You at Work Tomorrow!'

Former gugudan member Kang Mi-na is returning to the small screen in a new tvN office romance. The cable network released first-look stills on Monday from its upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama, See You at Work Tomorrow!, featuring Kang and rising actor Won Gyu-bin.

The series follows Cha Ji-yoon, a seven-year office worker struggling with everyday burnout, and her sharp-edged boss, Kang Si-woo. As the two slowly realize they are each other's irreplaceable best option, both their professional lives and romantic prospects begin to feel exciting again. The drama is directed by Cho Eun-sol and written by Kim Kyung-min, with Studio Dragon and Cross Pictures producing.

Kang Mi-na stars as Yoon No-ah, a five-year office worker who is fiercely honest and completely all-in when it comes to love. Won Gyu-bin plays Lee Jae-in, a 23-year-old college student who pursues Yoon No-ah without hesitation. Won, who recently made his debut in Bitch x Rich 2, takes on a free-spirited and straightforward younger-man role for this project.

In the newly released stills, Yoon No-ah is pictured alone at the beach, deeply lost in thought. She attempts to steady her emotions while looking out at the sea, but eventually breaks into tears. Meanwhile, Lee Jae-in rides the calm waves on a surfboard, radiating an easygoing, open energy. Sporting a striking purple hairstyle, he naturally approaches Yoon No-ah after spotting her by chance.

One particularly poignant image shows Lee Jae-in gently placing his own cap on Yoon No-ah's head to comfort her during her quiet moment of distress. His willingness to step in for a stranger raises questions about how the two will transition from a chance encounter to something more meaningful.

Ahead of the premiere, Kang Mi-na generated buzz by sharing that she lost 10 kilograms (approximately 22 pounds) over the past year for the role. She revealed her strict dedication to the character's look, noting that she managed her diet by splitting a single sandwich between lunch and dinner.

See You at Work Tomorrow! premieres June 22 at 8:50 p.m. KST on tvN. Global viewers can stream the series on Amazon Prime Video.
