Netflix 'Culinary Class Wars' Chef Cho Seo-hyung Shares Playful Post-Wedding

Chef Cho Seo-hyung, known for her appearance on the Netflix cooking competition "Culinary Class Wars," has shared a lighthearted message with fans after tying the knot.

Cho recently posted a long note on her social media, opening with, "Saying hello as a new bride who hasn't even been married for a month."

In the photos she shared, Cho wears a bright pink hanbok and holds a champagne bottle while striking a playful pose. The nerves of the ceremony are nowhere in sight, replaced by the upbeat charm she is known for.

"I always thought that if I ever got married, it would be at a Korean barbecue restaurant filled with beautiful greenery, and it was a dream come true," Cho wrote. "If I had known a wedding was this hectic, I would have eaten three more servings of galbi before going in."

She then turned to her guests. "I want to send endless thanks to everyone who took the time to make the last day of May shine," she wrote.

Cho also slipped in a joke about a Korean wedding tradition. "I'm a little sad I didn't get to hit the groom's feet with a dried pollack, but I guess you can't do this twice," she added, drawing laughs from followers. The custom, in which friends playfully strike the groom's feet with a dried pollack on the wedding day, is a familiar bit of Korean wedding humor.

She closed by thanking the team behind the ceremony. "Saying it one more time: Samwon Garden is the best. The wedding pros who helped out are the best," she wrote.

Cho held the wedding at a venue in Seoul. Her husband works in the food and beverage industry and has helped develop well-known brands including Knotted. The two are three years apart and first met at Cho's restaurant, where he was a customer. He is currently collaborating with chef Son Jong-won.
