tvN is betting big on a fresh office romance to completely win over Monday nights. Tomorrow, Work Again! premieres tonight, June 22, at 8:50 p.m. KST, pairing powerhouse actors Seo In-guk and Park Ji-hyun in a workplace love story aimed squarely at burned-out office workers.

The drama follows Cha Ji-yoon (Park Ji-hyun), a seven-year veteran of corporate life stuck in a exhausting daily rut, and her sharp-edged boss Kang Si-woo (Seo In-guk). As the two deeply polarized individuals slowly transform into each other's irreplaceable person, both their professional drives and their dormant love lives instantly flicker back on.

The setup leans hard into a distinct feeling that countless modern office workers know all too well. Repetitive tasks, tangled corporate relationships, and the slow grind of a long career all heavily shape Cha Ji-yoon's world. Kang Si-woo's sudden arrival adds a dynamic jolt of something different—the kind of small, thrilling spark that makes a heavy workweek feel remarkably lighter.

Director Cho Eun-sol passionately described the show's distinct tone during a recent production press conference. "Tomorrow, Work Again! is fundamentally a drama about love. It draws real-life romance in a bold, honest, and incredibly sexy way," she teased. "The leads love hard and work hard. This will easily be the hottest romance of the summer." She further emphasized that the show's biggest competitive strength is its meticulous writing and deep grasp of everyday life. "I sincerely hope viewers finish our drama wanting to fall in love, wanting to date."

The highly anticipated pairing of Seo In-guk and Park Ji-hyun stands as one of the project's main draws. Seo plays Kang Si-woo, nicknamed the "3NO man" for his strict policy of no smile, no people, and no sorry. The multi-layered role seamlessly blends cold authority with the subtle hint of warmth underneath. Meanwhile, Park takes on Cha Ji-yoon, flawlessly capturing the quiet exhaustion of a worker deep in a career slump with grounded, deeply lived-in acting.

Though this marks their very first project together, the two leads build the complex arc between boss and employee with a remarkably steady hand. The underlying friction between a cool-headed manager and a burned-out staffer carries its own magnetic pull, and the show expertly uses that workplace tension as the solid bedrock of its central romance.

An impressive supporting cast further widens the drama's world. Kang Mina plays Yoon No-a, a bright five-year office worker who brings refreshing energy to the corporate team. Choi Kyung-hoon plays Cho Ga-eul, Cha Ji-yoon's memorable first love and a passionate band vocalist who is still chasing a professional singing career. Won Gyu-bin rounds out the cast as Lee Jae-in, a younger man who pursues Yoon No-a without hesitation, remaining bold and direct.

This intricate web of relationships surrounding Kang Si-woo and Cha Ji-yoon gives the narrative significantly more room to move. Love, friendship, and personal growth all sit comfortably side by side, aiming for that perfect mix of real-world recognition and romantic escape that office-set K-dramas traditionally do best.

Tomorrow, Work Again! officially premieres tonight, June 22, at 8:50 p.m. KST on tvN. Global audiences can also stream the series exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
