LE SSERAFIM Adds Sixth Platinum Streaming Certification in Japan

LE SSERAFIM's fourth mini-album title track, "CRAZY," has officially received a Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).

According to the RIAJ on June 25, "CRAZY" surpassed 100 million cumulative streams which made the track qualify for a Platinum certification in the streaming category. Originally the track was released in 2024 alongside their fourth mini-album of the same name. Labeled as an EDM house track, the song garnered a lot of attention for LE SSERAFIM upon its original release, even going as far as spending two weeks on the Billboard Hot 100.

The achievement marks the group's sixth song to surpass the 100 million-stream milestone in Japan. Tracks such as "ANTIFRAGILE" and "Perfect Night" have each exceeded 200 million streams, while "FEARLESS," "UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)," "Eve, Psyche & The Bluebeard's Wife," and "CRAZY" have all received Platinum certification.

The RIAJ awards collect the local monthly streaming certifications based on all cumulative streams, Gold is awarded for 50 million streams, Platinum for 100 million, Double Platinum for 200 million and finally Diamond for 500 million.

The group's momentum since the release of "CRAZY" has been proved through their second-length album PUREFLOW PT.1 as it remained No.3 on the World Album Sales with the title track "BOOMPALA" ranking 186 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S chart.
