Ye Soo-jung Joins tvN's 'Eerie Romance' With Park Eun-bin

Actor Ye Soo-jung has been cast in tvN's upcoming weekend drama "Eerie Romance". The series premieres next month, anchoring tvN's Saturday-Sunday slot.

Ye will play Baek Kyung-ja, the chairwoman of Reina Group. Her character has long stood beside conglomerate heiress Cheon Yeo-ri, played by Park Eun-bin, keeping a careful balance between the company and the family.

"Eerie Romance" is described as an occult romance about a chaebol heiress who sees ghosts and a hot-blooded prosecutor who fears them most. Baek Kyung-ja serves as the steady center of the family, guided by firm principles and clear judgment. The character moves between affection for her granddaughter Yeo-ri and the weight of protecting Reina Group, often landing on cool-headed decisions. She can be strict and unwavering when the moment calls for it.

The role places Ye at the heart of the drama's family storyline opposite Park, adding tension and emotional weight to the series. The two actors previously worked together on the SBS drama "Do You Like Brahms?" Their reunion has already drawn attention from viewers curious about how the pairing will read this time around.
