Korean actor Kim Nam-gil has fans worried after sharing a somber set of song lyrics on social media.

On the 29th, Kim Nam-gil posted ocean photos and video clips on his social media, along with a long excerpt of lyrics from Primary's "Poison" (feat. E SENS).

The lyrics he shared carried a heavy mood. They included lines about dust-covered memories piling up over time, poison building inside his body, being "exactly half dead these days," and seeing a twisted version of himself that he still cannot bring himself to destroy.

Fans quickly filled the comments with words of support. "We're always rooting for you," one wrote. Others told him they would stay by his side and that it was okay to take a break.

The post comes days after another message that put fans on alert. On the 23rd, Kim Nam-gil reached out through a paid fan communication platform. "Sorry for making you worry. Please don't worry too much. I'll rest for a few days, recover in body and mind, and come back soon. Stay strong and well," he wrote.

On the work front, Kim Nam-gil is staying busy. He is confirmed to star in the new SBS drama "Nightmare", set to premiere early next year. His film "Canvas of Blood" is also scheduled to open in theaters later this year.
