Aqua walking is a cardio exercise done by walking in water. The water's buoyancy reduces strain on the knees, lower back, and other joints, while its resistance makes the workout more intense than walking on land. The motion engages the legs along with the core, glutes, and abdominal muscles, which can help with fat loss and strength. It is also linked to better heart and lung endurance and improved circulation.

To get the most out of it, trainers suggest keeping the back straight, swinging the arms wide, and walking for at least 30 minutes. Taking longer steps or lifting the knees higher can raise the intensity further.

Kim, long known in the industry for her disciplined approach to health and fitness, used the post to offer another quiet look at the habits behind her well-known physique.

She is currently filming the Coupang Play original series "Infidelity Is the Least of Our Problems" (Jigeum Bullyuni Munjega Animnida). She is also preparing for the release of the new tvN drama "The Second Signal" (Du Beonjjae Signal).
