Ji Sung and Ha Yoon-kyung became a fake couple

JTBC has released the first wedding stills from its new weekend drama "The Apartment Job," starring Ji Sung, 49, and Ha Yoon-kyung, 33. The drama premieres Saturday at 10:40 p.m. KST.

"The Apartment Job" follows Park Hae-gang, a former boss of the Oasis gang played by Ji Sung, who runs for chair of a residents' association to get his hands on money hidden inside the building. Along the way, he ends up joining forces with the residents to root out corruption.

In the first episode, Ji Sung and Ha Yoon-kyung appear in a full wedding scene, dressed in a black tuxedo and a white gown. Their characters, Park Hae-gang and Kang Ha-ri, get tangled up as what the show calls an "intermittent family." Park Hae-gang wears a classic tuxedo with a bow tie, playing the picture-perfect groom, and softens the look with a warm expression that hints at a different side of the character.

Kang Ha-ri wears a full A-line wedding gown covered in delicate crystal detailing. In the released stills, the two look at each other and smile, capturing what looks like the ideal wedding moment.

The setup is anything but ideal. Park Hae-gang has slipped into the apartment complex chasing 10 billion won hidden inside, and Kang Ha-ri is pulled into a fake-family arrangement with him. How the two end up racing down the aisle in the very first episode is the hook the premiere is built around.
