NEXZ Wraps Five-City Global Showcase Tour Ahead of Latin America Debut

JYP Entertainment boy group NEXZ has concluded its "NEXZ GLOBAL SHOWCASE EVENT Mmchk: Not Typical," meeting fans across five cities as the group continues expanding its overseas activities.

Beginning in Seoul on April 27, the showcase tour continued through Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and concluded in Singapore on July 12. The events followed the release of the group's second single album "Mmchk" and were organized after strong demand from fans following NEXZ's sold-out "ONE BEAT" special concerts held earlier this year in Taipei and Hong Kong.

Each showcase combined live performances, album talk segments and fan participation events, with NEXZ performing tracks including "Ride the Vibe" and "Mmchk," alongside several B-sides highlighting the group's performance and vocal abilities. During the Bangkok and Singapore stops, the members also added encore performances of their Japanese tracks "Hellmate" and "Hands up, Yo!" in response to the audience's enthusiasm.

Wrapping up the Singapore event, the members thanked fans, saying, "Thanks to NEX2Y, we had such a happy and enjoyable time. We could really feel everyone becoming one through our music."

Following the showcase series and its recently completed arena tour in Japan, NEXZ will continue its international schedule this September with its Latin American festival debut. The group is set to perform at Rock in Rio in Brazil, as well as the new STRAYCITY festival, which will visit Bogotá, Buenos Aires, and Mexico City, marking NEXZ's first performances in the region.
