ZEROBASEONE's Kim Ji Woong to Miss Group Activities Due to Acting Commitments

ZEROBASEONE's Kim Ji Woong will be absent from some of the group's upcoming activities as he continues to balance his acting career with group promotions.

His agency, Nest Management, announced on July 28 that despite ongoing efforts to coordinate both schedules, previously confirmed filming commitments have made it difficult for him to participate in every ZEROBASEONE activity. The agency said his participation in some group schedules will be adjusted for the time being and noted that similar situations may occur in the future.

Nest Management stressed that Kim Ji Woong remains committed to both his acting projects and ZEROBASEONE activities. The company apologized for disappointing fans and said it will continue supporting him so he can carry out both roles successfully.

Soon after the announcement, ZEROBASEONE confirmed that Kim Ji Woong will not join the group's appearance at SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer on Aug. 9. Fan club attendance information released by the group stated that the event will go ahead with the remaining four members.

The agency did not indicate that Kim Ji Woong is taking a long-term hiatus or leaving the group. Instead, it described the changes as temporary schedule adjustments resulting from conflicts with his acting commitments.
