Top executives at FNC Entertainment are putting their own money into the company's stock, framing the moves as a show of confidence in the label's turnaround.

FNC Entertainment announced on the 30th that President Han Seung-hoon, a related party of the largest shareholder, purchased 29,687 common shares of the company on the open market. The move follows an earlier share purchase by CEO Kim Yoo-sik. Together, the two executives have acquired a combined 50,565 shares this month.

"Despite an improving earnings trend, we believe the stock has been excessively undervalued due to supply and demand issues," Kim said. "As operating revenue grows and those supply and demand issues ease, we expect the share price to gradually move higher."

FNC Entertainment's roster spans music and acting. Its artists include FTISLAND, CNBLUE, N.Flying, SF9, P1Harmony, Hi-Fi Unicorn, AMPERS&ONE, AxMxP, and actors Jung Hae-in, Sung Hyuk, and Rowoon. The company is restructuring its business around three pillars: music, actor management, and video content production.

The insider buying comes as FNC Entertainment tries to reset its market narrative. For a mid-sized K-pop label competing against the industry's giants, executives buying in with their own capital sends a clear message to investors watching the stock.
