AxMxP Sets August Comeback Ahead of First Debut Anniversary

FNC Entertainment's rookie boy band AxMxP will return with a new mini-album on August 12. The release marks the group's second EP, arriving weeks before its first debut anniversary.

FNC Entertainment, the label long known for its band roster, unveiled a logo motion video for the EP "HELLO AxMxP" on July 27. The clip pairs the title's typography with a series of shots evoking downtown Seoul in summer, setting the tone for the upcoming record.

"HELLO AxMxP" traces the story of four boys who came to Seoul chasing their own dreams and grew into a single band. With the group's first debut anniversary approaching in September, the album is positioned as a snapshot of where AxMxP stands now, both as a team and as musicians.

The comeback follows the group's first digital single, "Convenience Store Lights (24 Hours)," released in June. That track stepped away from the harder band sound of their earlier work and leaned into a softer, more relaxed mood, showing a different side of the group. The new EP is expected to widen that range further and dig deeper into the band's own story.

"HELLO AxMxP" drops August 12 at 6 p.m. KST across major music platforms.
