BIGBANG Reveals 20th Anniversary Light Stick Ahead of World Tour

BIGBANG has unveiled a new 20th anniversary edition of its official light stick as the group prepares for its upcoming world tour.

YG Entertainment revealed the Official Light Stick 20th Anniversary Edition through YG SELECT on Aug. 5 under the tagline "THE LIGHT RETURNS." The updated "Bang Bong" keeps its signature yellow crown design while adding new details to celebrate the group's 20-year career.

The redesigned light stick features glowing lotus petal accents around the crown, piano key-inspired buttons that form the letter "B" and musical staff motifs on the handle. The teaser video also references hits such as "Fantastic Baby" and "BANG BANG BANG," prompting excited reactions from fans, many of whom said they hoped to use the new light stick at the group's upcoming concerts.

The release comes ahead of BIGBANG's "XX : COSMOS" world tour, which opens with three concerts at Goyang Stadium from Aug. 21-23. The shows will mark the group's first concerts in nearly nine years since the "LAST DANCE TOUR" in 2017.

Alongside the tour, BIGBANG will launch the "BIGBANG 20TH ANNIVERSARY MEDIA EXHIBITION: COSMOS," an AI-XR exhibition that looks back on the group's 20-year history through immersive media experiences.

YG Entertainment has yet to announce pricing or pre-order details for the light stick, with more information expected through its official channels ahead of the tour.
