LeeHi's World Tour Canceled Four Days Before Opening Show

Singer LeeHi's upcoming world tour has been canceled just four days before its first concert, with her agency saying the decision was made by the tour organizer and not the artist.

On Aug. 4, 808 HI RECORDINGS announced that it had been notified by the promoter that all stops on the "LEEHI & 808 HI RECORDINGS WORLD TOUR 2026" would be canceled and that ticket refunds would begin. The agency said the cancellation was not due to any decision or fault on LeeHi's part.

According to the label, it made several attempts to keep the tour on schedule, including extending payment deadlines and asking the organizer to meet its contractual obligations. It claimed the promoter ultimately canceled the tour without completing the required payments or preparations. The company apologized to fans and said it would pursue legal action over the matter.

The tour had been set to kick off in Singapore on Aug. 8 before heading to nine other cities across Asia and Oceania, including Manila, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Taipei, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland. The announcement came as a surprise, with the opening show only days away.

Fans expressed disappointment over the sudden cancellation, while many pointed to the agency's statement that LeeHi was not responsible for the situation. Others said they hoped the legal process would determine where responsibility lies and that affected concertgoers would receive refunds without further delays.
