i-dle's Miyeon to Release First Japanese Digital Single 'RUN AWAY'

Miyeon of K-POP girl group i-dle is stepping into the Japanese market as a soloist. Her agency, Cube Entertainment, announced that her first Japanese digital single, "RUN AWAY," will drop on the 10th.

Cube Entertainment shared the news through its official social media at midnight KST on the 6th, releasing the artwork teaser image for the single alongside the release date.

Miyeon has anchored i-dle as the group's main vocalist while also lending her voice to drama soundtracks and collaborating with other artists. Her first solo mini-album, "MY," released in 2022, produced the title track "Drive," which topped domestic music charts and music shows. Her second mini-album, "MY, Lover," followed last year and its title track, "Say My Name," charted at home and abroad.

i-dle has stayed active throughout the year. The group recently wrapped promotions for its ninth mini-album and has been touring behind 2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR 'Syncopation'. The group also performed at Lollapalooza in the United States.

"RUN AWAY" will be available on major music platforms on the 10th.
