CORTIS Surges 75 Spots on Billboard 200 Amid Sold-Out North American Tour
CORTIS has made a sharp rebound on the Billboard 200, climbing up 75 positions as the group continues its sold-out North American tour.
According to Billboard's latest chart dated Aug. 15, CORTIS' second mini-album "GREENGREEN" jumped from No. 114 to No. 39 on the Billboard 200, marking its 13th consecutive week on the chart.
The album now holds the longest-running Billboard 200 entry by a single album from a K-POP boy group that debuted within the past five years. Furthermore, the jump is particularly notable as the EP was released more than three months ago.
The resurgence comes as CORTIS continues making its way across North America for their sold out <2026 CORTIS TOUR IN NORTH AMERICA.> After opening the tour in Toronto on August 4, the group continued with shows in New York and Atlanta, with stops in Irving, Los Angeles and San Francisco still to come.
Demand has also extended to the group's physical releases as the group's CORTIS Ball version of GREENGREEN reportedly sold out shortly after launching in the U.S. in late July. The merchandise-style album features plush versions of the group's signature CORTIS Ball in colors representing album tracks "REDRED," "TNT" and "ACAI."
The group's growing momentum in the U.S. has also been reflected across social media as CORTIS surpassed 15 million followers on Instagram on August 5, approximately one year after the account's first post. According to the group's agency, this timeline marks the fastest a K-POP group has ever been able to reach this milestone.
