CORTIS Takes Over Seongsu With First Anniversary "BIRTHDAY PARTY" Pop-Up
CORTIS is marking its first anniversary with a special pop-up store in Seoul featuring new merchandise, member-designed items and larger-than-life versions of the group’s signature CORTIS Ball.
The "2026 CORTIS TOUR <PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN> BIRTHDAY PARTY POP-UP" opened on August 14 at Kasina Seongsu and will run through August 20. The event arrives just days before CORTIS celebrates the first anniversary of its debut on August 18.
At the entrance to the display zone, visitors are greeted by a two-meter-tall CORTIS Ball, the mascot-like plush designed around the group's official logo. Smaller versions previously appeared as merchandise album editions for CORTIS' first and second mini albums, while the pop-up transforms the familiar design into a large-scale photo spot.
The exhibition also offers a first look at four previously unreleased CORTIS Ball colors, including baby pink and baby blue.
Members Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon and Keonho also left their personal touches throughout the space, with handwritten messages and drawings decorating the walls and windows. The designs incorporate the spirit behind their first tour, "PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN," which encourages fans to put their devices aside and enjoy the moment together.
The merchandise zone introduces a collection of special "BIRTHDAY PARTY" products created to commemorate the anniversary, with the members participating directly in their planning and production.
Among the new items is the "CORTIS Rope," featuring the group's symbol logo pendant alongside beads individually selected by the members. A fabric photo binder featuring embroidery based on their own drawings is also available.
Fans can additionally purchase tour merchandise that previously sold out quickly through Weverse Shop, including T-shirts and slogans, alongside CORTIS' recently released official light stick. A capsule machine exclusive to the pop-up offers randomized member stickers and keychains.
The anniversary celebrations come amid a milestone year for the group. CORTIS' second mini album "GREENGREEN," released in May, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and has remained on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks.
CORTIS will continue the celebrations with its "2026 CORTIS TOUR <PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN> BIRTHDAY PARTY" concerts at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul on August 22 and 23.
