TXT Tops Oricon With Japanese Single 'Setsuna Hanabi'

TOMORROW X TOGETHER has reached No. 1 on Oricon with the title track from its fifth Japanese single, "Setsuna Hanabi."

The song debuted atop Oricon's Daily Digital Single Ranking dated Aug. 17, the same day it was released digitally. It also reached No. 1 on Japan's iTunes Top Songs chart.

Its music video has gained attention as well, spending two consecutive days at No. 1 on LINE MUSIC's Music Video Top 100 and reaching the top of YouTube's worldwide trending music videos. The cinematic storyline has also prompted fans to share theories about the scenes and objects featured throughout the video.

"Setsuna Hanabi" compares an inevitable breakup to fireworks fading at the end of a summer night. Built around Brazilian funk, the track pairs a raw sound with the members' more emotional vocals.

TXT recently headlined the final night of KCON LA 2026, performing a nine-song set. The group will celebrate the physical release of "Setsuna Hanabi" with a premium live event at Tokyo Garden Theater on Aug. 19.
