'Single's Inferno 2' Star Shin Seul-ki Fronts Wedding Brand Campaign
Actress Shin Seul-ki, who first drew wider attention through Netflix's dating series "Single's Inferno 2," is stepping into a softer spotlight with a new wedding photoshoot.
Her agency, Big Smile Entertainment, released the new set of images on August 24. The shoot follows her signing in January as the official brand model for Le Rang Film, a Korean company that specializes in wedding videos, or "main ceremony DVDs," and studio photography.
The photos lean into Shin Seul-ki's clean, understated appeal. Indoor frames shot in natural light show her in an elegant, quiet mood. Outdoor cuts taken at Seoul Forest, a large public park in eastern Seoul, place her against greenery for a more relaxed look.
Le Rang Film said Shin Seul-ki matched the image the brand wanted to project. "The bright, thoughtful mood that actress Shin Seul-ki carries fit well with our brand's focus on natural beauty and substance," a company representative said.
Born in 1998, Shin Seul-ki studied piano at Seoul National University before entering entertainment. She became widely known after appearing on "Single's Inferno 2," where her connection with cast member Dex became one of the season's most talked-about storylines. She has since moved into acting, with credits including "Pyramid Game," "For Eagle Brothers," "The Haunted Palace" and "Would You Marry Me?"
The wedding shoot marks another step in her shift from reality-TV breakout to full-time actress, expanding the kind of work that shapes her public image beyond her "Single's Inferno 2" beginnings.
