ENHYPEN Tops Oricon Weekly Albums Chart With 'THE SIN : BLISS'
ENHYPEN has added another No. 1 in Japan with its eighth EP, "THE SIN : BLISS."
According to Oricon on Sept. 1, the album debuted atop the Weekly Albums Ranking dated Sept. 7 after selling around 190,000 copies during the tracking period from Aug. 24 to 30. It marks ENHYPEN's 11th album to reach No. 1 on the chart.
The Japanese result follows a strong opening for "THE SIN : BLISS" in other markets. The EP recorded more than 2.09 million first-week sales in Korea and recently became ENHYPEN's first album to top the Billboard 200.
Its title track, "Bloody Paradise," has also gained traction on streaming and short-form platforms. The song set a new career high for ENHYPEN on Spotify's Weekly Top Songs Global chart and has been used in more than 550,000 TikTok videos as of Sept. 1.
ENHYPEN also released a performance music video for "Bloody Paradise" on Aug. 31, placing the focus on the six members' choreography and the track's Brazilian funk-inspired rhythm.
