NCT 127 Takes Over Screens, Searches and Even Delivery Boxes With 'BLINGY'
NCT 127 is extending promotions for its seventh full-length album, "BLINGY," through a series of online and offline campaigns around the world.
Following the album's Aug. 24 release, "BLINGY" visuals have appeared on large screens across Seoul as well as Times Square in New York, Tokyo and Osaka. The campaign previously included outdoor advertisements across 13 cities in South Korea, the U.S. and China.
NCT 127 has also teamed up with Google for an interactive feature that appears when users search the group's name. Clicking the "BLINGY" logo triggers Neo Green fireworks and a "127"-shaped display, along with a counter tracking fan interactions.
The promotions have extended to collaborations with Musinsa and Duolingo. Musinsa incorporated the album's poison frog-inspired pattern into delivery packaging, while Duolingo's mascot Duo joined the members for a "Blingy" dance challenge.
After wrapping a Seoul pop-up on Sept. 1, NCT 127 will bring "NEO LOST&FOUND CENTER" to Shanghai, Tokyo and Bangkok between September and November.
