ENHYPEN Hits Career High as "Bloody Paradise" Earns Six Music Show Wins
ENHYPEN has set a new personal record with six music show wins for its latest title track, "Bloody Paradise."
The group took first place on the September 3 broadcast of Mnet's M Countdown, marking its second consecutive week atop the program with the title track from its eighth mini album, "THE SIN : BLISS."
The latest win brings "Bloody Paradise" to a total of six music show trophies, the most ENHYPEN has earned for a single song to date.
During its promotions, the track has taken first place across five Korean music programs: M Countdown, Inkigayo, Show! Music Core, Music Bank and Show Champion.
"Bloody Paradise" is a Brazilian funk-influenced dance track that depicts two lovers who continue to focus solely on each other despite being surrounded by danger, interpreting their situation as a form of paradise.
The song has also given ENHYPEN its first entry on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. It additionally reached new career highs for the group on both the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.
The accompanying mini album, THE SIN : BLISS, previously reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In Japan, the album topped Billboard Japan's Hot Albums and Top Albums Sales charts and reached No. 1 across three Oricon weekly album rankings, including the Combined Albums, Albums and Western Music Albums charts.
Although ENHYPEN has concluded official promotions for the album, the group will return to Show Champion on September 9 for an additional special performance prepared for fans following the track's six music show wins.
