Singer and actor Doh Kyung Soo is moving his Seoul concerts to a new venue amid disruptions caused by a protest blocking access to a vote-counting facility. All existing tickets will be canceled, and fans will need to book again.

According to his agency, Blitzway Entertainment, on Sept. 8, the Seoul shows of his "Day Off" concert tour will take place from Oct. 2 to 4 at Hall 5 of KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The dates remain unchanged, but the concerts have been moved from the Handball Gymnasium at Olympic Park in Seoul.

A protest related to a ballot paper shortage during the June 3 local elections has continued around the Handball Gymnasium since June 5. Staff from sports organizations entered the facility on Sept. 8 with police assistance for the first time in 95 days, but disruptions to venue operations remain.

Existing reservations will be canceled in bulk at 2 p.m. KST on Sept. 8, with refunds processed automatically. Domestic presales for existing ticket holders will begin at 8 p.m. KST on Sept. 14, followed by global presales at 8 p.m. KST on Sept. 15. Fans who cancel their tickets themselves before the bulk cancellation will lose their presale eligibility.

The disruption has also affected other artists. Concerts by Park Seo Jin and Japanese group JO1 were previously canceled, while U-KNOW Yunho and N.Flying moved their shows to Jamsil Indoor Stadium.

Meanwhile, Doh will release his fourth EP, "DOPAMINE," on Sept. 8. He is scheduled to begin his Asia tour with the Seoul concerts in October.
