BIBI Tops K-POPIT BOARD Global Rise Chart as Festival Fancams Go Viral

Singer BIBI has topped K-POPIT BOARD's Global Rise chart after fan-recorded videos of her MADLY MEDLEY 2026 performances gained attention online.

According to K-POPIT BOARD, the K-POP analytics index, BIBI ranked No. 1 on the Sept. 8 Global Rise chart with a Power Index (PWR_GL) score of 65. She also placed No. 4 on the Domestic Rise chart with a Power Index (PWR_KR) score of 68. The Power Index combines data from music charts, social media activity and news coverage to measure an artist's overall momentum.

BIBI recorded a Momentum Score (MOM) of 82, placing her among the week's fastest-rising artists. Her D-layer activity, which measures how conversations expand beyond core fan communities, jumped 170%.

The rise follows BIBI's appearance at MADLY MEDLEY 2026 on Sept. 5 at the Oil Tank Culture Park in Seoul. Fan-recorded clips of performances including "KAZINO," "BIBI Vengeance" and "Bam Yang Gang" were shared across YouTube and social media after the festival.

One of the details that caught viewers' attention was BIBI's brown dress, which featured a coin-like belt and butterfly-print details. In the outdoor footage, the dress moved with her as she performed under the sunlight, while her long hair and the open stage added to the atmosphere. Fans praised the look, with some saying the natural lighting made the performance feel like a scene from a film.

The reaction was not limited to her appearance. Viewers also pointed to her live vocals and the way she held the stage without relying on elaborate choreography.
