TUIDE Is Already on Billboard's Radar Only a Month After Debut

TUIDE has been named Billboard's K-Pop Up & Comer of the Month for September, just over a month after making its debut.

In a feature published Sept. 28, Billboard highlighted the seven-member group's approach to "Soultronic," a sound that blends elements of R&B and electronic music. The publication noted how the members' distinct vocal tones remain recognizable while coming together within the group's songs.

TUIDE also discussed its debut EP, "TUNE & PLAY," explaining that the group wanted to avoid limiting itself to a single genre. The members described the title track "SUN KISS" as carrying a message about trusting one's instincts and moving forward.

Looking ahead, TUIDE said it hopes to become a group that leaves listeners curious about what comes next, while naming a rookie award among its goals for the year.

The recognition follows TUIDE's recent debut on several Billboard charts. The group reached No. 1 on Emerging Artists, while "TUNE & PLAY" placed at No. 3 on World Albums and No. 8 on Top Album Sales.
