Now EVAN Has the Numbers to Show for His Solo Run

Solo artist EVAN has entered Billboard's main albums chart with his first mini-album, "DEATH OF ME." The album debuted at No. 49 on the Billboard 200 chart dated October 3, released on Sept. 29 local time.

The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums in the United States based on album sales, track downloads and streaming activity.

"DEATH OF ME" also reached No. 2 on World Albums and No. 7 on Top Album Sales. EVAN topped the Emerging Artists chart and placed No. 51 on the Artist 100.

The mini-album reflects EVAN's determination to keep exploring new musical territory. It sold more than 500,000 copies within three days of release, according to Hanteo Chart. Before entering the U.S. Billboard charts, it also posted strong results on Japan's Oricon and Billboard Japan charts and the U.K.'s Official Albums charts.

The title track, "Death of Me," appeared on the U.K.'s Official Singles Sales and Singles Downloads charts, as well as TikTok Korea's Top 50 and Viral 50 charts. EVAN also earned two wins on Korean music shows during the album's promotion.

EVAN will continue promotions with "Twilight," performing the song on Mnet's "M Countdown," which airs on October 1 at 6 p.m. KST. The UK garage-based pop track uses twilight as a metaphor for the enchanting moment of being drawn to someone.
