Stray Kids' Felix Rockets to No.1 on Global Chart After Ferrari F1 Appearance
Stray Kids member Felix has gone from outside the rankings to No. 1 on K-POPIT BOARD's global chart, with his appearance at the Singapore Grand Prix bringing him attention well beyond the K-POP world.
According to the K-POP analytics index K-POPIT BOARD on Oct. 13, Felix topped the Global Rise chart with a Power Index (PWR_GL) score of 63.1. The sudden climb followed his appearance as a special guest of Scuderia Ferrari at the 2026 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix from Oct. 9 to 11.
One of the biggest moments came even before the race weekend. At Ferrari Night on Oct. 8, Felix shared the stage with seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton and wished him luck for the upcoming race. Hamilton then revealed that he was a fan of Felix and Stray Kids, a surprise exchange that quickly spread across social media.
The attention extended beyond Stray Kids' usual audience. Felix's D-layer activity, which tracks interest outside an artist's core fanbase, surged by more than 999 percent. His Global Momentum Score (MOM_GL) also reached 69.1, reflecting how quickly he gained attention during the period.
Throughout the race weekend, Felix spent time in Ferrari's paddock and garage, meeting both Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Photos and videos of his interactions with the drivers circulated through Ferrari and Formula 1's official social media accounts, keeping him in the spotlight among K-POP and motorsport fans alike.
That online attention also coincided with increased interest in his music. Felix recorded a Viral Conversion Rate (VCR) of 67.9, an indicator that measures how YouTube attention translates into Spotify streaming. His Fandom Health Index (FHI) stood at 67.7, showing continued engagement from his existing fanbase as his appearance reached new audiences.
Meanwhile, his Media Attention Score (MAS), which measures coverage in Korean entertainment media, came in at 49.6. The contrast with his stronger global momentum and viral conversion scores suggests that much of the activity surrounding Felix was driven by international online attention rather than domestic media coverage.
Felix's rise comes after a busy week that took him from Louis Vuitton's Paris Fashion Week show on Oct. 6 to Ferrari's garage in Singapore just days later. But it was his crossover into Formula 1, particularly his unexpected exchange with Hamilton, that coincided with his leap from outside the chart to its No. 1 spot.
