ILLIT Is Done Playing Nice in New Comeback Photos

ILLIT has revealed the final concept photos for its upcoming fifth EP, "BREAK EVEN," introducing a playful but frustrated mood in the album's "MAD" version.

Released Oct. 15, the images explore the moment of realizing that romantic feelings were never mutual. Moving beyond anger and disappointment, the concept captures the mix of embarrassment, irritation and resignation that follows.

The members appear with blonde hair and pastel-colored dresses decorated with lace and frills, contrasting their delicate styling with visibly annoyed expressions.

Some photos show them holding posters with messages about misunderstandings and one-sided love, while others feature everyday objects, including hair dryers and phones, used as makeshift weapons.

The release completes the album's concept photo rollout ahead of ILLIT's upcoming comeback.

Before the album arrives, ILLIT will hold two encore concerts for its "PRESS START♥" tour at Inspire Arena in Incheon on Oct. 17 and 18, with special performances planned.

"BREAK EVEN" and the full music video will be released Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. KST.
