A2O LITE Wins First Music Show Trophy Just 7 Days After Debut

A2O LITE has secured its first music show win just seven days after debuting with its digital single "NEON."

The nine-member group took first place on the Oct. 20 broadcast of SBS Life's "The Show," marking its first trophy since officially debuting on Oct. 13.

The win came without physical album sales, with the group’s digital performance playing a major role in its result.

Following the announcement, A2O LITE performed "NEON"again during the encore stage, singing live and taking on the song’s high notes.

"NEON"has also performed strongly on streaming platforms, spending six consecutive days at No. 1 on Melon's Top 100 beginning Oct. 15. The song topped Spotify's South Korea chart and YouTube Music's music video chart.

Internationally, "NEON" reached No. 4 on Apple Music’s Global Top 100 and topped several regional charts, including rankings on China’s QQ Music.

The song's opening choreography has also attracted attention online, inspiring dance parodies and AI-generated videos featuring celebrities and fictional characters.

A2O LITE will continue its debut promotions on music shows this week alongside fellow group A2O SOUL.
