TWS Is Bringing a Little Light Into Fans' Rooms With "TO US"

TWS is bringing its upcoming single album "TO US" into fans' everyday lives with a special edition that doubles as a mood lamp.

According to PLEDIS Entertainment on October 23, preorders have opened for the "Beside" version of the group's second single album, which includes a functional light designed to be displayed in fans' rooms.

Unlike conventional album packaging, the special edition combines music and merchandise in an object intended for everyday use.

The package includes a single CD, a 48-page photobook, a circular booklet, six photocards and a hanging tag featuring a full-body photograph of one of the members.

The mood lamp can also be decorated with the included accessory, allowing fans to personalize how they display the album.

According to PLEDIS Entertainment, the design reflects the message behind "TO US," which explores the emotions and uncertainties experienced by young people.

The agency explained that the lamp represents youth continuing to shine even during moments of confusion, much like a light becoming more visible in darkness.

Its reversible cover is also intended to symbolize the contrast between the members' bright energy onstage and the personal concerns they experience beyond the spotlight.

The concept was introduced through a preview video uploaded to TWS's official YouTube channel on October 21.

Fans responding to the video welcomed the practical design, with some expressing excitement about being able to use the album as part of their room decor rather than simply keeping it on a shelf.

The unusual format adds another dimension to the group's upcoming release, which focuses on the more personal experiences of members Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon and Kyungmin.

Through "TO US," TWS aims to explore the emotions of youth with a more introspective approach, offering messages of encouragement and comfort to listeners navigating similar experiences.

TWS's second single album, "TO US," is scheduled for release on November 2 at 6 p.m. KST.
