Former NCT Member Mark Lee to Release New Single 'Happiest' on Nov. 6

Mark Lee is set to release his new single "Happiest" on Nov. 6, nearly two months after dropping his first independent single, "My Friend."

His label, Upper Room, announced the release on Nov. 2 alongside a teaser video and a pre-save link. The song will be available at midnight EST (2 p.m. KST).

The announcement comes after Mark began teasing new music in late October with the question, "What makes you happy?" He first shared the question on Instagram before releasing a short video featuring himself and several others asking the same thing.

The latest teaser offers a brief preview of the song, while promotional images show Mark in a denim jacket on a stage-like set. Further details about the track have yet to be announced.

"Happiest" follows his Sept. 10 single "My Friend," a guitar-driven song about friendship and lasting connections.

Mark departed SM Entertainment and NCT in April after 10 years with the group. He established his independent label, Upper Room, in June and has since been releasing music under his own direction.
