TEN Reveals Why He Only Has Tattoos on His Right Arm

NCT and WayV member TEN has shared why he keeps his tattoos on his right side, revealing that it comes down to a deal he made with his mother.

During an appearance on "The Zach Sang Show," released Nov. 4, TEN explained that his mother isn't a fan of tattoos, so they reached a compromise.

"My mom doesn't really like me getting tattoos, so we found a middle ground," he said.

"Mom, my left hand is yours. I won't do anything on my left hand, but on my right hand, I'll do whatever I want," he recalled telling her.

The arrangement explains why TEN's arm and hand tattoos are on his right side, leaving his left untouched.

It isn't the first time TEN has involved his mother in his tattoo decisions. He previously shared that when he first wanted to get tattoos, he drew nearly 20 designs for her to look through and let her pick the ones she liked.

For TEN, keeping his left arm tattoo-free is a way to respect his mother's wishes while still having the freedom to get tattoos he wants.
