KATSEYE's Megan Says She Tried to Push Through Concussion Before Postponing Shows

KATSEYE's Megan has personally addressed fans after a concussion forced the group to postpone three concerts on its ongoing "Wildworld Tour."

In an Instagram Story posted on Nov. 6, Megan apologized to fans in Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis, saying she was doing everything she could to recover and return to the stage.

"I currently have a concussion, and am doing everything I possibly can to recover from it so I can be on stage for you all again," she wrote.

Megan explained that she had hoped to go ahead with the shows despite her condition, but medical professionals urged her to take time off to recover properly.

"I wanted to try my best to still make the show happen, but I've been strongly advised by medical professionals that I need to take this time to fully recover, and come back safely," she said.

She also expressed how upset she was about disappointing fans, thanking them for their patience and understanding.

"I am devastated to have to do this," she wrote. "I cannot wait to make it up to you eyekons, and give you the show you deserve."
