ATEEZ Set June 26 Comeback With Mini Album 'GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5'
K-POP boy group ATEEZ is set to return with new music roughly four months after its last release.
The group's agency, KQ Entertainment, announced on May 22 that ATEEZ will release its 14th EP, "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5," on June 26 at 1 p.m. KST.
The announcement arrived through a spoiler video uploaded at midnight on the agency's official YouTube channel. The clip moves through distorted visuals and unstable imagery while a voiceover repeatedly says, "Doubt it." In the final scene, the word "BAD" appears alongside the release date, hinting at the album's concept while leaving much of it unrevealed.
The upcoming EP will conclude the group's ongoing "GOLDEN HOUR" series, which has marked one of the most commercially successful periods of ATEEZ's career. Its previous EP, "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4," released in February, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and recorded the group's highest first-week U.S. album sales to date.
ATEEZ also wrapped its world tour "IN YOUR FANTASY" in April after launching the tour in Incheon last July. The run spanned 12 cities across North America, three in Japan and nine throughout Asia and Australia, further solidifying the group's reputation as one of K-pop's strongest live performers.
Separately, member Yeosang is scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch on May 22 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium ahead of a KBO League weekend home series against the Kiwoom Heroes.
For ATEEZ, the June 26 release marks both the closing chapter of a multi-part album series and the beginning of the group's next phase as it continues to strengthen its presence on the U.S. albums chart.
