Stray Kids Surpass 40M Shipments Ahead of Global Festivals
Stray Kids has surpassed 40 million cumulative album shipments in both Korea and Japan after previously exceeding 30 million cumulative shipments in January of 2025. This marks them one of the few K-pop acts to recently reach this milestone
The exact number across the 28 albums released in both markets totaled to 40,267,158 million according to Circle Chart data. Furthermore, their nine Japanese releases, spanning from best album "SKZ2020" in March 2020 to Japanese mini-album "Hollow," recorded 4,524,450 shipments.
Stray Kids has continued to expand their global presence through charts and international appearances. For example, last year, they also entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1 for the seventh and eighth consecutive times with fourth full-length album "KARMA" and SKZ IT TAPE release "DO IT."
Adding onto their accolades, the group ranked highly across multiple categories in Luminate’s "2025 Year-End Music Report" and also managed to achieve the highest rankings among K-pop artists on the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI)’s 2025 "Global Album Chart" and "Global Album Sales Chart."
Stray Kids will continue with their global activities throughout 2026, these include a headline performance at the Governors Ball Music Festival in June and Rock in Rio which will take place in September. Lastly, the group is set to launch their own Latin American festival titled "STAYCITY" later this year.
