BTS Tops Billboard Global Excl. U.S. Chart for Seventh Time With 'SWIM'
BTS has landed its seventh No. 1 of the year on Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. chart with "SWIM," the title track from its fifth full-length album, "ARIRANG."
According to the latest Billboard charts dated May 30, released on May 27, "SWIM" spent a third straight week at the top of Global Excl. U.S. Last week, BTS passed Taylor Swift to become the artist with the most No. 1s on that chart in 2026. This week's run extends that record even further.
"SWIM" also held at No. 10 on the Billboard Global 200, marking more than two months in the Top 10. On the main Hot 100 songs chart, the track placed at No. 55. It charted across several radio-focused tallies as well, landing at No. 16 on Adult Contemporary, No. 12 on Pop Airplay and No. 17 on Adult Pop Airplay. On Radio Songs, "SWIM" climbed three spots from last week to No. 26.
"ARIRANG" stayed at No. 10 on the Billboard 200, the main albums chart, for a ninth straight week. It also posted strong numbers across sub-charts, landing at No. 4 on Top Album Sales and No. 17 on Top Streaming Albums. The vinyl edition rose three spots to No. 13 on the Vinyl Albums chart.
Four BTS albums charted on World Albums for a third week in a row. "Proof," released in 2022, sat at No. 4 in its 206th week on the chart. The group's fourth Japanese studio album, "MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~," came in at No. 14, followed by third studio album "LOVE YOURSELF 轉 'Tear'" at No. 16 and fifth EP "LOVE YOURSELF 承 'Her'" at No. 25.
The new milestone underscores how BTS continues to set the pace on Billboard's global charts even as competition tightens at the top of the U.S. market.
