BTS 'SWIM' Climbs Billboard Hot 100 for Second Straight Week
BTS is still climbing the Billboard Hot 100 with "SWIM," nearly three months after the song's release. The track moved up three spots to No. 41 on the chart dated June 13, marking its second straight week of gains.
The latest figures were published June 9 by Billboard. "SWIM" is the title track from BTS' fifth full-length album, "ARIRANG."
The song first entered the Hot 100 at No. 55 on the May 30 chart. It then jumped to No. 44 the following week before reaching No. 41. The continued climb in its 11th week shows steady momentum on U.S. radio and streaming. BTS previously topped both the Billboard 200 and the Hot 100 with "ARIRANG" and "SWIM" earlier in the album's run.
The group's presence on Billboard's global charts remains strong. "SWIM" ranked No. 5 on the Global 200 and No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart this week. All 13 tracks from "ARIRANG" stayed on the Global Excl. U.S. chart for an 11th straight week.
A week earlier, "SWIM" picked up its eighth week at No. 1 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. That is the most weeks at No. 1 by any song released in 2026, and it ties the longest run BTS has ever logged on that chart, set by their 2020 hit "Dynamite."
BTS has now sent eight different songs to No. 1 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. That is the most by any artist, ahead of Bad Bunny and Taylor Swift, who are tied with four each.
"SWIM" is also holding on U.S. radio. The song sits at No. 13 on Pop Airplay and No. 18 on Adult Pop Airplay this week.
BTS will return to the stage in South Korea on June 12 and 13 with "BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN BUSAN" at Busan Asiad Main Stadium. The second night falls on June 13, the group's 13th debut anniversary. The annual fan event "2026 BTS FESTA" will be held alongside the show to mark the date.
