CORTIS Sells Out North American Tour Presales Within Minutes, Adds San Francisco Date
K-POP group CORTIS is showing strong ticket demand ahead of its first North American tour, with presale tickets for the 2026 "PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN" tour selling out within minutes across multiple cities.
Presales opened Tuesday, and several stops quickly reached capacity despite being held in theater-sized venues. New York's Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden sold out in just eight minutes, while Atlanta's Fox Theatre followed in 15 minutes. Other stops, including Toronto, Texas, Los Angeles and San Francisco, also sold out rapidly.
The overwhelming response led the agency to add another day to the San Francisco show. The group announced the extra date shortly after the original concert sold out, thanking fans for their support.
The sellouts quickly became a major talking point online as fans shared screenshots of successful purchases while others expressed disbelief at the speed of the ticket sales. Particular attention was drawn to the New York stop, where fans reported a queue of more than 424,000 people for the 5,600-capacity venue, highlighting the group's rapidly growing popularity.
CORTIS recently unveiled its 2026 "PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN" tour through Weverse. Spanning 13 shows across nine cities in Korea, North America and Japan, the tour will kick off July 18-19 at Inspire Arena in Incheon before heading to Toronto, New York, Atlanta, Irving, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Kanagawa.
