K-POP girl group izna and boy group ALPHA DRIVE ONE have signed a partnership with U.S. music label REPUBLIC Collective. Both groups are signed to WAKEONE, the agency behind their global rollout.

WAKEONE announced Wednesday that the two acts will work with REPUBLIC Collective on overseas activities. REPUBLIC Collective is a U.S.-based label that has worked with a range of artists across the American market.

izna released its third EP, "SET THE TEMPO," on Monday. The group has drawn steady attention from international outlets since its debut. Grammy.com named izna one of its K-POP rookies to watch in 2025, and U.K. music magazine NME included "Racecar" on its list of the 25 best K-POP songs of 2025.

ALPHA DRIVE ONE debuted in January as a boy group under WAKEONE. The group's debut album sold 1.44 million copies in its first week and reached No. 7 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart. It also charted in the top tier of iTunes album rankings across 18 regions, including Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan. The group released its prologue single "No School Tomorrow" on October 26 and has continued promotional activities since. U.S. business magazine Forbes and Vogue Latin America are among the international outlets that have covered the group's debut and career so far.

"We are glad to join forces with REPUBLIC Collective at this important point, as izna and ALPHA DRIVE ONE move into a more serious phase of global expansion," WAKEONE said in a statement. "We will work closely together to grow their reach on the global stage."

The deal points to a wider pattern in K-POP, where Korean agencies increasingly pair with U.S. labels to build infrastructure in the American market rather than relying on one-off releases. For two acts still early in their careers, a direct line into the U.S. industry could shape how quickly they break beyond the K-POP core audience.
