CORTIS's 'GREENGREEN' Climbs Billboard 200 Three Months After Release
K-POP boy group CORTIS is still climbing the Billboard 200 three months after the release of its second EP. The group's second mini-album, "GREENGREEN," rose to No. 82 on the latest chart dated July 18, according to Billboard's update on Monday.
The album gained 15 spots from the previous week in its ninth week on the tally. "GREENGREEN" first entered the Billboard 200 at No. 3 on the chart dated May 23 and has stayed on it ever since. That run is the longest single-album stay on the Billboard 200 for any K-pop boy group that debuted in the past five years.
The five-member group (Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyun, Keonho) also moved up on Billboard's other charts. "GREENGREEN" climbed one spot to No. 6 on Top Album Sales, which measures weekly album sales, and held at No. 2 on World Albums. On the Artist 100, CORTIS jumped from No. 73 to No. 56. The title track "REDRED" reached No. 70 on the Global 200 and No. 36 on Global Excl. U.S., stretching its run on both charts to 11 weeks.
Album sales keep stacking up. According to Circle Chart's first-half report, "GREENGREEN" had sold 2,885,985 copies through the end of June. The EP moved 2.31 million copies in its first week and has kept selling since, putting it on track to cross the 3 million mark.
"REDRED" is also holding strong on streaming platforms at home and abroad. As of Monday, the song had spent 80 straight days at No. 1 on Apple Music's Daily Top 100: South Korea chart, the longest run this year for any song released in Korea. On July 12, the track reached No. 1 on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Korea chart for the 70th time overall, breaking the record for the most No. 1 days by a single song from a K-POP group.
CORTIS is also preparing for its first headline tour, "2026 CORTIS TOUR." The group plays its first shows on July 18 and 19 at Inspire Arena in Incheon, followed by debut anniversary concerts at Korea University's Hwajung Gymnasium in Seoul on August 22 and 23.
