TXT's Yeonjun Closes Successful "Ice Cream" Era With U.S. Performances Next
TXT's Yeonjun has concluded promotions for his second solo mini album "NO LABELS: PART 02" after achieving the strongest commercial performance of his solo career, with upcoming appearances set to further expand his activities in the United States.
Yeonjun wrapped up promotions for title track "Ice Cream" with his final performance on Mnet's M Countdown on July 23. During the promotion cycle, he earned two music show wins on KBS2's Music Bank and MBC's Show! Music Core, while the song's choreography and dance challenge gained traction across social media.
Released earlier this month, "NO LABELS: PART 02" became the best-performing album by a Korean solo artist released in 2026. The project recorded the highest first-day and first-week album sales among Korean solo releases this year, debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 and reached a new personal best of No. 2 on Oricon's Weekly Combined Albums Chart.
Furthermore, the title track, "Ice Cream" has continued to build momentum on various short-form platforms due to its dance challenge videos in which various artists across the K-POP industry and fans have participated in.
Following the conclusion of Korean promotions, Yeonjun will head to the United States for a series of high-profile performances. On August 5, he is scheduled to appear in ABC's Good Morning America Summer Concert Series, becoming only the second K-POP solo artist to perform in the series after Jungkook. He will also perform at Z100's Summer Bash Presented by Wells Fargo on August 6, marking the first appearance by a Korean artist at the annual event.
