Wanna One Member Kang Daniel Smiles Through Summer Heat in Uniform

Singer Kang Daniel, a member of the project group Wanna One, has given fans a look at his life during military service. He posted a photo to his Instagram Story on August 2 with no caption, adding only a small emoticon of a smiling face with its tongue sticking out.

In the image, Kang appears to be heading back to base after a short leave. He is dressed in his army uniform despite the ongoing summer heat, and he is still smiling in the shot.

Kang enlisted in the South Korean army as an active-duty soldier in February. After finishing basic training, he stayed on at the training center, where he is now serving as an assistant instructor. He is scheduled to be discharged on August 8, 2027.
