KISS OF LIFE Turns Up the Heat With 'SWEAT' Single Release

K-POP girl group KISS OF LIFE is bringing more heat to the summer with a new release.

The group returns on August 4 with its third single, "SWEAT," dropping at 6 p.m. KST across major music platforms.

"SWEAT" centers on confidence that doesn't bend to other people's opinions. The single frames self-improvement as a way to uncover personal worth and presence, and turns that idea into music.

The title track blends electronic pop with Latin rhythms in an Afro house style. The production remains restrained, giving the members' vocals space to shape the mood. B-side "WHAT!" leans on pluck sounds over a house beat. Its lyrics take a direct approach, brushing off outside stares and questions.

The comeback follows a buzzy live moment. On July 24, the members performed at "Waterbomb Seoul 2026," where their stage presence drew wide attention online.
