K-pop group Stray Kids has shared an intro video ahead of the release of their new mini album "THIS & THAT." The group will drop the EP and its title track of the same name on Aug. 7 at 1 p.m. KST.

Ahead of the release, JYP Entertainment posted the intro clip, "Stray Kids [INTRO "THIS & THAT"]," on the group's official social media on Aug. 4th. In the video, the members walk through the concept behind the new album and preview the direction of the title track.

The members said the title track "This & That" moves in a different direction from their previous title songs, both in sound and performance. "We completed something distinctly SKZ with a fresh, mainstream sound that feels different from our past title tracks, along with catchy lyrics, wit, and performance," they said. Changbin spoke about the writing process, saying he spent a long time searching for the right words to express "this" and "that." The members also discussed the music video, which leans into a Korean atmosphere, and the choreography, which went through several rounds of revision.

The album features production from every member of 3RACHA, the group's in-house producing team made up of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, who worked on every track. The members described the record as one they prepared without regret and one that includes many new attempts, building anticipation among fans.

The pre-release track "RUN IT" was introduced by the group as the song that suits SKZ best. The full tracklist runs eight songs. Along with "RUN IT," it includes "FARMING," inspired by the internet meme aura farming; "After You," a bright, refreshing track; "I Do," which draws on 2000s pop; "Way Out," built around lyrics that mix several languages; "That Day" (Geunal), a song written by Han and inspired by a drama; and "This & That (Festival Version)."

Stray Kids' new mini album "THIS & THAT" will be released on Aug. 7th at 1 p.m. KST across music platforms.
